PRIMARY EDUCATION PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT SYSTEM (PEPAS) is a mobile application and web-based system developed to collect data on school inspection, learner’s academic performance, and enrolment rates and produce regular reports for strategic decision-making.
The main purpose of PEPAS is to facilitate data-driven decision-making by Chief Administrative Officer and District Education Department in order to improve the academic performance of schools in the Ibanda District.
