EYIT is a technology and innovation hub that nurtures innovators/entrepreneurs and supports innovative startups to thrive as well as builds entrepreneurial tech community in Southwestern Uganda. EYIT is a place where tech entrepreneurs and business community meet to share ideas and innovate new innovative products and services for both Government and private sector.

EYIT was incorporated in March 2018 by Uganda registration services bureau and is now a home for researchers, innovators, tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs in Mbarara. EYIT strives to increase employment opportunities for the youth through building their capacity to identify ideas and transform them into innovations, providing them with micro loans and marketing.
